I have yet to listen to this entire album without skipping a single track. Like an enchanter, the album keeps your attention with its effortless flow throughout, despite having crushing riffs, progressive breakdowns, and epic-length songs.

Unmaker was my first encounter with LLNN and I was worried that their previous works might not pack the same punch... what a fool I've been. Loss is short, and we should be grateful. This is soul-crushing in its heavyness. Imagine watching a gigantic orbital station collapse and crash down on earth, seemingly in slow motion: the annihilation of its impact all-encompassing and inevitable. It is the weight of such an expectation that turns Loss into an almost physical threat. Fascinating.

There has been alot written about this,so I won't write too much,except to say it is more varied,not diluted,but rather wonderful.All the musicians are from bands I like,unyet this does not detract or descend into introspection.Even if you have never heard of groups such as Yakuza,you will surely want to check them out after this.
